This "Alternative Christmas Message" video by the president of Iran is offensive only to people who reject decency and real religion, which is the core root of all the teachings of all the Prophets, who in essence don’t add a great deal to what should be common sense to every civilized human being.

Respect and tolerance towards others and resorting to proportionate violence only in genuine self-defence situations ( If you ethnically cleanse or scatter at gunpoint an entire race of people from their ancestral land over two generations and then cram the survivors and their families into an inhumanely barbaric conditions sealed-off and guarded concentration camp called Gaza; you can hardly label a hard core minority of its prisoners' small, misguided - if understandable - efforts at protestation “aggression” or “terroristic” and requiring brutal, disproportionate and indiscriminate slaughter in “self defence”. That is utterly preposterous and the international community knows it. )

If David is driven from his home by Goliath and is left destitute outside, so in frustration, suffering and retaliation catapults pebbles back through the windows, does that justify Goliath then going outside and beating David to within an inch of his life.... over and over down the years?
Of course that's a simplistic analogy - yet not a totally inaccurate one, in describing the desperate Palestinian position as regards relentless Israeli persecution.

So, the video was offensive to the general Zionist mentality because of the above and also because, as the "chosen people", they don’t accept Christ or His teachings on compassion towards others regardless of race or religion.

If the Israeli leadership had one collective bone of decency in them, they'd offer the very long-suffering people of Palestine a good and proper deal and recompense them amply for the decades of wholesale genocide, strife and trauma they've inflicted, with a State of their own fully backed and funded by Britain and the US - the very countries that founded and imposed the artificial state of Israel on the Arab world and in so doing tore-up the fundamental rights of the pre-existing indigenous peoples of Palestine, post 1945.
Instead, all they've had these past 40 years are "road maps" and hollow sickly sugary words from successive politliarsTM backed by no actions whatsoever, despite many cease-fire gestures on the part of Hamas and previously the PLO.

So we see today the same breed of hateful and murderous Zionist thugs who unfortunately continue to constitute the ruling party in Israel, back on form bombing the largely defenceless Palestinians in readiness for a probable ground invasion that will doubtless kill or mutilate hundreds more innocent men women and children.
Hamas are not doing their cause any favours when their crude rockets fall amongst the Jewish civilian population - but Israel has already destroyed absolutely any weak cause it ever had by killing Palestian civilians in their thousands over the years and now by this latest typically monstrous over-reaction ..... and then blocking humanitarian aid from entering Gaza in direct contravention of the Geneva convention.

This current obscene and outrageous barbarity would never be tolerated by the IC in any other part of the civilized world, why is it given the quiet nod here?

Meantime our awfully nice Mr Brown - unelected and mainly loathed leader of a callous and spineless minority-elected governing party that voted to lead us into war against a country posing no threat to us whatsoever, on the back of a deceitful lie dreamt-up by its war criminal former leader ( now "Middle East Peace Envoy" JOKE ); and which said Brown is as keen as mustard to use the BBC to point out to the nation on an almost daily basis the horrors of Mugabe’s repression of the Zimbabwean people - will doubtless keep his corrupt weasel mouth as tightly closed as a nun’s habit about this far worse than "bastard Bob" Mugabe would ever contemplate.... crime against humanity.

The usual token "Israel should show restraint" will doubtless be the nauseating festive hypocrite whine from no 10 this New Year... which of course is merely shameless Brown politspeakTM for...
